Killings, Vinyl and Literature...

Tomorrow begins a week of bloodshed and turmoil!
Well, not really, but we are being thrown into 'KILL WEEK'!

Curious?
(You must be)

So, for your reading pleasure, here's a short explanation about KILL WEEK!
Basically during kill week you're given the name of a victim, and you must assassinate them (BY ANY AND ALL MEANS POSSIBLE!) during that time period. If you kill your victim, they must tell you who they were supposed to assassinate, and then you must in turn 'finish what they could not'!! (ie: kill their victim) And so, the process continues until there are only two people left destined to kill each other.
It actually sounds like a pretty fun thing to do, although in all honesty I'm wishing they would've picked a less hectic week for me to play. (Hehe, 'play' ... I haven't said that since I was about 6 years old). Anyway I will probably re-blog about how my progress in this event goes.... Let's hope I'm not the first one to die!

Oh.... for all those who thought we actually 'killed' each other.... Yeah, you might wanna get yourselves checked out by a psychologist!!! We don't literally kill each other... our mission is to put pegs on the clothing of our victims.- I swear whoever has me, is pretty lucky cause:
1. I'm a space cadet.
2. I wear a lot of clothes.
3. Everyone knows my timetable.
Urghhhhhh..... It really is gunna be a long week.

However today I just happened to do something amazing!
I went to a book sale. Yeah, I know lots of people think book sales are for nerds, but to those people I say: "there truly are some AMAZING things hidden away at them"!
On my little book-spree, I bought myself the most amazing vinyl records, with which I completely re-decorated my room!!! It looks pretty cool now I have to say. I also found a lot of foreign language books (such as those in Japanese-which I love!) and Childrens books containing amazing art pieces. But my favourite buy of the day would have to be this beautiful 'Big Picture Source Book' of decoupage.
What the hell is decoupage?- Well, its basically where you decorate anything, any surface with a print and then laquer over it a few times....
Here are a few examples!

An amazing decoupage ceiling!
I swear if I had my own room I'd decorate it just like this!!!

John Derian AFRICA-themed decoupage Plates!
Anywhooooo.... next time I will deffinitely show you some pictures of my newly altered room. But for now, I'm already a week behind on uni studies, and I'm not getting any younger, so it's time for me to 'hit the books'!
Ah, Decoupage!!!...ishax
